Complaints Process
Should you have a complaint about the Conciliation Service or the process of conciliation this should be directed to the Senior Conciliation Officer. If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may contact Ombudsman Victoria (9/459 Collins Street, Melbourne. ph (03) 9613 6222).
